Original Earlier Nazi SA Dagger by Paul Seilheimer

This is an extremely fine earlier SA dagger with the Paul Seilheimer maker's logo on the blade ricasso. The bright steel blade has no sharpening and features a nice sharp straight tip. The "Alles für Deutschland" motto is deeply acid-etched onto the blade. The blade has some small scattered surface spots. The dagger fittings are all early nickel and have that light brown patina desired by collectors. The crossguard is Gau-marked "Ns". The shaped wood grip fits snugly onto the crossguard and pommel. The grip has a nice smooth finish with no cracks or chips. The SA rune button has no chips on the enamel. The nickel eagle/swastika grip emblem is excellent and fits snugly. The undented scabbard body retains most of its original brown anodized finish with some age freckling. All four original nickel scabbard screws are present. The pommel nut appears unturned. Original WWII “Rommel’s Goggles” with Brochure

This is an extremely fine set of tinted goggles as worn by Erwin Rommel, the “Desert Fox”. These original pre-1945 goggles weren’t produced in Germany, but rather are of British/Canadian manufacture. Rommel got his pair from captured British material. In the book “With Rommel in The Desert” it states “On April 8, after the capture of Mechili, Rommel spotted a pair of large British sun and sand goggles. He took a fancy to them. He grinned and said ‘Booty…permissible even for a General…I will take them.’ These goggles forever after were to be the distinguishing mark of the “The Desert Fox.” Comes with its elastic headband and an old brochure advertising these goggles.
