• CONFIRMED ORDERS - All confirmed orders will be held for 8 days during which time payment must be received unless other arrangements are made. Items put on a "Sale Pending" status will be held on reserve for only 24 hours unless the order is confirmed by the buyer. Please note that most items are one-of-a-kind and are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. Contact us to confirm item availability before sending payment. Please make second and third choices whenever possible.
  
  
• MN SALES TAX - 6.875% Minnesota sales tax must be added to item’s total sale price including shipping and handling for non-exempt items shipped to Minnesota. PLEASE NOTE: All customers are responsible for paying their own respective applicable federal, state and local taxes (including any applicable sales and/or use taxes) and/or import taxes and customs fees on items ordered from Military Warehouse.
  
  
• FOREIGN CUSTOMERS - I'm sorry but we do not ship orders to anyone outside the United States or to any address requiring Customs paperwork. We do not accept any payment from outside the United States.
  
  
• SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES AND INFORMATION - Please include sufficient payment for shipping and handling charges (see sample domestic rates below). Actual amount charged to customer for shipping and handling may vary from the sample rates below. Foreign rates are higher. Larger or heavier items or items of higher value require additional shipping and handling charges. Although we try to ship items promptly, due to our busy schedule please allow three weeks for shipment.

  Small items totaling at least $50 value and under $100 value = $7.
  Small items totaling at least $100 and under $200 value = $8.
  Small items totaling at least $200 and under $400 value = $12.
  Small items totaling at least $400 and under $600 value = $15.
  Small items totaling at least $600 and under $800 value = $18.
  Small items totaling at least $800 and under $1,000 value = $20.
  Book = $8.
  Flag or Banner = $12.
  Visor Hat = $15.
  Knife, Dagger or Bayonet = $15.

• REFUND POLICY - All items sold through our website, except items listed on our "REAL OR REPRODUCTION?" website pages and certain numismatic and philatelic items, are subject to our three-day return privilege unless otherwise noted. Certain numismatic and philatelic items sold through our website (such as paper currency, banknotes, certain scrip and tokens, stamps, and postcards with postage applied) have a 90-day return privilege. You will receive a prompt refund if the item is returned in the same condition as shipped. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Items sold through our website with catalog numbers beginning with a C (example: C102) are usually consignment items and have a strict three-day return privilege, unless otherwise noted, after which all sales are final. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Items listed on our "REAL OR REPRODUCTION?" website pages are not guaranteed original with all sales being final on items listed on our "REAL OR REPRODUCTION?" pages.
  
  
• UNCLAIMED ITEMS RETURNED TO US - A 20% handling / restocking fee is charged by Military Warehouse to the customer if any common carrier attempts to deliver properly addressed items ordered from Military Warehouse by the customer, and delivery cannot be made because the customer isn't available to receive or sign for the order or refuses the order and the items ordered are shipped back to Military Warehouse.
  
  
• PLEASE NOTE - You (the customer or any other entity) warrant by ordering or obtaining any item or service from Military Warehouse or John W. Krueger, or by doing any type of business with Military Warehouse or John W. Krueger, that you are without any legal restrictions from ordering such item(s) or doing such business and that you are complying with all your local, State, Federal and/or other laws and that such items as you order or otherwise obtain from Military Warehouse or John W.
